Ebru Arslan is a Managing Associate with extensive experience across various areas of law, particularly criminal law. She represents and defends clients throughout the investigation and prosecution stages of criminal proceedings, providing strategic case management in matters involving detention, arrest, and the execution of criminal sentences.

Ms. Arslan began her legal studies at the Faculty of Law, Istanbul University in 2012. In 2014, she studied at the University of Santiago de Compostela under the Erasmus+ Exchange Program, where she gained valuable academic and practical insight into different legal systems. She graduated with her LL.B. in 2016.

She began her legal career in 2015 at some of Türkiye's leading law firms, including firms recognized by The Legal 500, where she developed extensive practical experience in criminal law and family law.

Following her admission to the Bar, Ms. Arslan worked at prominent corporate law firms and leading companies in Türkiye. She also practiced independently for a period, during which she personally managed a broad litigation portfolio, with a particular focus on criminal law, employment law, and family law. In addition, she provided legal consultancy services to companies operating across various industries, gaining significant experience in litigation management and legal risk assessment.

Ms. Arslan joined NAZALI in March 2020 and currently serves as a Managing Associate in the firm's Criminal Law Department. She is responsible for developing defense strategies in highly sensitive criminal investigations and prosecutions, overseeing case management, and coordinating legal teams.
