INFORMATION TEXT FOR EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES CONCERNING USE OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA

Hereby information text is prepared and presented to employee candidates, pursuant to the fulfillment of the obligation under Law on Personal Data Protection (“No. 6698”), who are in the evaluation process of their eligibility and competencies related to relevant position.

According to Turkish Labor Law no. 4857, Turkish Code of Obligations no. 6098, Law on Personal Data Protection no.6698 and to the relevant legislation;

Processing Methods of Personal Data, Legal Reasons and Objectives

Your personal data obtained from www.linkedin.con, www.kariyer.net, the application that you have submitted through Nazalı Contact Form (http://www.nazali.av.tr/tr/career), the e-mails you have sent and the interview are processed in electronic and physical environments.

Your personal data obtained from the above-mentioned methods are processed in accordance with the personal data processing requirements specified in Article 5 and 6 of the Law no. 6698 and in accordance with the fundamental principles of personal data protection law.

Share of Personal Data with Third Parties

Your personal data may be shared with the parties that Nazalı is cooperating, with the legally authorized public institutions and private persons; the data may also be transferred to your references within the scope of reference control. These shares and transfers may be made in order to assess your eligibility and your competence for the job, and your personal data may be processed only to the extent limited to this purpose.

Keep and Disposal of Personal Data

The personal data collected within the recruitment process may be processed to determine your suitability to the job by Nazalı with care and confidentiality; they shall be kept, maximum for 12 months, in electronic and physical environments for same or similar work position opportunities. Your personal data shall only be accessible to authorized personnel in case of recruitment process.

Upon the expiration of the foreseen term, your personal data may be disposed immediately in accordance with the relevant articles of the Law no.6698, and with our policies for the protection of personal data

Rights as Data Owner

In case you submit your written request regarding your rights mentioned below as the data owner[1], your request shall be finalized as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days.

According to Article 11 of the Law no. 6698, your rights as data owner are mentioned below:

  • In case of personal application; the written application should be sent to 19 Mayıs Caddesi Dr. İsmet Öztürk Sokak Elit Residence No:3/12 Şişli/İstanbul 34360, with the following notification on the envelope: “Request for Information Under the Law of Personal Data”.
  • In case of sending notification through public notary; the written application should be sent to 19 Mayıs Caddesi Dr. İsmet Öztürk Sokak Elit Residence No:3/12 Şişli/İstanbul 34360, with the following notification on the envelope: “Request for Information Under the Law of Personal Data”.
  • In case of application by Registered Electronic Mail (REM) by signing with secure electronic signature; the written application should be sent to info@nazali.av.tr by writing “Request for Information Under the Law of Personal Data” to the subject section of the mail.

 

Furthermore, after the announcement of other methods determined by the Board, it may be announced by NAZALI how the applications shall be received through these methods.
