Tuğçe Levi specializes in personal data protection, e-commerce, and technology law. Her expertise also includes project financing, with particular emphasis on infrastructure projects.

Following her graduation from the law school of Marmara University in 2010, she received her master’s degree from the University of Bristol. She excelled in the project finance expertise that she gained during her internship at an international finance institution located in the EU. Moreover, she has taken place in certain significant public-private partnership projects in Turkey. Prior to joining NAZALI, Tuğçe leveraged her previous experience with personal data protection, e-commerce, and technology law in respect of the emerging data-driven economy and worked as a managing associate in one of the leading law firms in IT and technology areas in Turkey.

As of November 2019, she works as a managing senior associate at NAZALI, where she provides legal consultancy to a wide range of domestic and international clients.

She is recently focused on the legal frameworks for distributed ledger technologies such as blockchain and their applications.
