Derviş Boran Beysülen is a Senior Associate specializing in Competition Law, Compliance, and Public Policy. He represents clients in investigations conducted by the Competition Authority, merger and acquisition notifications, and administrative litigation challenging decisions of the Competition Board. In addition, he advises clients on competition law compliance and develops and implements compliance programs to help ensure adherence to applicable regulations.

Mr. Beysülen completed his primary and secondary education in Istanbul and graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Kültür University in 2019. During his undergraduate studies, he spent one year at the University of Freiburg as part of a student exchange program, where he pursued legal studies.

Mr. Beysülen has authored numerous academic and industry publications in the fields of competition law and related areas. His work has been published in both Turkish and English across various national and international platforms, as well as in printed publications.

He is fluent in English.
