She is an expert in restructuring projects such as tax-free structuring of group companies, spin-off, mergers and acquisitions, capital\/equity restructuring, and recovery of financial situations of companies in bankruptcy or technical bankruptcy. She is also highly trained in numerous tax areas particularly tax inspections, tax litigation, transfer pricing, and tax efficient structuring of companies domestically and internationally.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>She completed her middle and high school education in TED Ankara College and graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Law in 2008. She did internships in several leading law firms and public corporations (Prime Ministry Foreign Trade Secretariat, Central Bank, Istanbul Stock Exchange, and Competition Board).
