G\u00f6zde Saruhan Berk has been working as a lawyer since 2013, specializes in tax law and company restructuring.<\/p>

She has experience in tax and corporate law, including tax litigation and advisory service, restructuring projects such as (tax-free) spin-offs, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as tax reviews and transfer pricing.<\/p>

While she was at university, she did internships in various fields in Turkey’s leading law firms, and after graduating from the university and before joining NAZALI in 2015, she spent more than 2 years in the Istanbul offices of four big tax audit and consultancy firms in the field of tax and corporate law in local and corporate law and provided consultancy and litigation services to foreign companies\/investors.<\/p>

She has been working in the field of tax disputes and company restructuring at NAZALI since 2015, plays an active role in tax-free mergers and acquisitions, especially with local and foreign companies. She also represents local and foreign companies in tax dispute processes in tax investigation and litigation stages.<\/p>

Her work titled “Disguised Profit Distribution Through Transfer Pricing”, prepared as her graduation thesis for her master’s degree in law of economics at Istanbul Bilgi University was published.<\/p>
